Infoland Georgia prepared market price zoning GIS map for the City of Kutaisi. The task involved bringing together real estate appraisers and GIS specialists to analyze real estate prices through market research and developing a GIS-based zoning map, with different pricing layers and categories, which was accomplished successfully.

Georgian Railway and GIS and RS Consulting Center Geographic
Infoland Georgia was a contractor of GeoGraphic and a subcontractor of JSC Georgian Railway and provided inventory and cadastral survey of private land parcels affected by the Anaklia Deep Water Port and Railway project as well as prepared Resettlement Action Plan for the project. Under another subcontract, Infoland Georgia provided land acquisition, inventory and title registration support for the Georgian Railway Modernization project.

AT Geotech is an Azerbaijan-based company providing regional geological engineering services for large infrastructural projects, which contracted Infoland Georgia to assist in identifying sites and soliciting soil sample drilling and site access permits on state land from the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. Infoland Georgia also helped the client with preparing compensation packages and negotiating agreements with project affected private landowners throughout Georgia.
